has-text-color has-background wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u79d1\u6280\u90e8-\u5948\u7c73\u79d1\u6280\u5275\u65b0\u61c9\u7528\u4e3b\u8ef8\u8a08\u756b-\u958b\u767c\u5c16\u7aefNIR-II Nano-Pdots\u5948\u7c73\u8907\u5408\u85e5\u7269\u8207\u5efa\u69cb\u87a2\u5149+\u5149\u8072+\u8d85\u97f3\u6ce2\u591a\u6a213D\u5c0f\u52d5\u7269\u816b\u7624\u5f71\u50cf\u8207\u5149\u71b1\u6cbb\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" id=\"nano\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\u751f\u91ab\u5f71\u50cf\u5e73\u53f0\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c0d\u65bc\u816b\u7624\u8a3a\u65b7\/\u75c5\u7076\u6cbb\u7642\/\u85e5\u7269\u53cd\u61c9\u8207\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u8a55\u4f30\/\u816b\u7624\u5c0e\u5f15\u5207\u9664\/\u81e8\u5e8a\u524d\u8a66\u9a57\u2026\u2026\u7b49\u7cbe\u6e96\u91ab\u7642\u7814\u7a76\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u662f\u6975\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5f71\u50cf\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u5df2\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\u65bc\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e0d\u540c\u90e8\u4f4d\u816b\u7624\u65e9\u671f\u8a3a\u65b7\u8207\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f46\u73fe\u4eca\u5f71\u50cf\u7cfb\u7d71\u7686\u4ee5\u53ef\u898b\u5149\u87a2\u5149\u5f71\u50cf\u70ba\u4e3b, \u4ecd\u6709\u8af8\u591a\u9650\u5236; \u53ef\u898b\u5149\u87a2\u5149: i) \u6563\u5c04\u5ea6\u9ad8\uff0cii) \u7d44\u7e54\u7a7f\u900f\u6df1\u5ea6\u6dfa (&lt; 3 mm)\uff0ciii) \u6613\u53d7\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u81ea\u9ad4\u87a2\u5149\u7269\u8cea\u5e72\u64fe\u5149\u5b78\u9020\u5f71\u54c1\u8cea\uff0civ) \u87a2\u5149\u67d3\u5291\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002\u4e0a\u8ff0\u554f\u984c\u4f7f\u5149\u5b78\u9020\u5f71\u6280\u8853\u65bc\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4ecd\u53d7\u5230\u9650\u5236\u3002\u56e0\u6b64 \u201c\u6df1\u5c64\u816b\u7624\u5149\u5b78\u9020\u5f71\u201d \u662f\u76ee\u524d\u5f85\u89e3\u6c7a\u7684\u554f\u984c\u53ca\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4e4b\u5275\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u61c9\u7528\u70ba\u764c\u75c7\u4e4b\u7cbe\u6e96\u91ab\u7642\uff0c\u64ec\u7814\u767c\u8fd1\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u4e8c\u5340\uff08NIR-II\uff09\u9ad8\u5206\u5b50\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u91cf\u5b50\u9ede\uff0c\u5efa\u69cb\u5177\u9ad8\u7a7f\u900f\u4e4bNIR-II \u87a2\u5149\u64f4\u6563\u65b7\u5c64(Fluorescence diffuse optical tomography, FDOT)(\u529f\u80fd\u6027) + \u5149\u8072(Photo-Acoustic, PA)(\u529f\u80fd\u6027)+ \u8d85\u97f3\u6ce2(Ultrasound, US)(\u7d50\u69cb\u6027) 3D \u591a\u6a21\u5f71\u50cf\u5e73\u53f0\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u85c9\u7531\u6700\u63a5\u8fd1\u4eba\u985e\u75c5\u7406\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u4eba\u6e90\u5316\u7570\u7a2e\u63a5\u690d\u6a21\u5f0f(patient-derived xenograft, PDX) \u524d\u81e8\u5e8a\u52d5\u7269\u6a21\u578b\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u767c\u5c55\u816b\u7624\u6a19\u9776\u6cbb\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u6d3b\u9ad4\u5167\u6a19\u9776\u81f3\u816b\u7624\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u816b\u7624\u90e8\u4f4d\u7d93\u7531NIR-I\/II\u5149\u6e90\u6fc0\u767c\u5f8c\uff0c\u9054\u5230\u8a3a\u65b7\u8207\u6cbb\u7642(theranostics)\u4e4b\u591a\u91cd\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
